How fast will I get a reply?
We aim to answer within 24–48 hours. Founders get priority — flag it in your message and we'll bump you up the queue.
I found a bug — what should I include?
Tell us what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot and the page you were on (Dashboard, Portfolio, Calculator…) helps us fix it much faster.
Can I request a feature?
Yes, please. TixTrackr is built with its Founders — a lot of the roadmap comes straight from user requests. Describe what you'd want and how you'd use it.
How does billing and cancelling work?
No lock-in — cancel anytime from your account. If you hit a billing problem or need a hand with your Founder rate, reach out here and we'll sort it.
Is my data safe?
Right now your trades are stored locally in your browser, so they never leave your device. When multi-device accounts launch, we'll use secure auth and you'll be able to export your data anytime.
How do I get into the Discord?
Founders get access through Whop the moment their membership is active — the bot assigns your role automatically. If your role didn't appear, message us with your Discord handle.
